Hello everyone. Thanks to Alanna for breaking the ice :-)I'm Kalina - also known as Geminica in the online world. While I do have an art background, I've been employed for many years as a web programmer so have often lost the momentum to get out and sketch. For the last few years I've been working on this by getting more social with my sketching. Thank goodness for the sketchcrawl!
I live in close-in Southeast Portland, and love this neighborhood unabashedly. It's full of amazing drawing opportunities.
My other major art interest is cartooning. You can find my urban sketches, comics, and more at my blog and on flickr.
