Symposium participants Wednesday, 7/28/10 (arrival), through Sunday, 8/1/10 (departure) can choose from two types of rooms:
I. Standard Guest Rooms: Spacious room with queen bed, fully equipped kitchen and full size bathroom, at $89.00 per day.
II. Junior Queen Suites: One bedroom with queen bed, separate living room with a queen or double sofa sleeper, fully equipped kitchen and full size bathroom, at $109.00 per day.
There is a 12.5% hotel occupancy tax added to each reservation. For each additional person beyond a double occupancy there is a $10.00 per night surcharge. Rollaway beds are available in designated rooms at a $10.00 per night surcharge. Children under the age of 12 stay free when occupying the same room as their parents. Overnight parking, with in and out privileges, is available for $16.00 per day. Rates are subject to change. Rates include continental breakfast and afternoon tea and cookies.
The Mark Spencer’s European charm and intimate lobby convey feelings of warmth and friendliness. All 101 standard rooms and one-bedroom suites are designed to complement the needs of today’s traveler. Our guests enjoy amenities such as fully equipped kitchens, wireless high-speed internet access, data ports, voice mail, cable television, spacious closets, air conditioning and windows that open. In addition to valet laundry and dry cleaning services, an on-site laundry facility is available. A visit to our roof top garden deck is a relaxing way to enjoy wonderful city and mountain views.
